The pictures really don't do the bottles justice. I was in two minds before purchasing from Gale as they had the same spec as some of the other brands but were about $50 cheaper, however I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I got my bottle 2 months ago and it's been a real game changer for my brain fog when trying to focus during meetings in work. I used to really struggle to concentrate in work, from zoning out during meetings to almost drifting off to sleep 😅. I knew something had to change and then I found hydrogen water. I’m full of energy and find it far easier to focus during meetings. It’s has the benefits of coffee but without the crash. The bottle is really high quality for its price in comparison to its competitors at this spec too. Seems expensive at first but when I considered how much I spend on coffee anyways it was a no brainer to invest.

I was skeptical of trying hydrogen water but I told myself if I was going to try it at least get a high quality bottle. After a bit of research I decided Gale was the best all rounder. I'm starting to feel more energetic throughout the day meaning I can run around with the kids after work. I believe it's things like this that have a knock on effect on my sleep where I have deeper sleeps because I've been more active. This has also caused me to lose over a stone in 6 weeks. Hydrogen mightn't of been the direct cause for weight loss but I believe its the knock on affects of having more energy to exercise making me less bored to be snacking as often.

Since purchasing this hydrogen bottle, my arthritis has been noticeably less painful. Cold weather usually makes it unbearable, but this year has been completely different. I never used to be able to get up the stairs at home so easily. I struggle with hip pain but the past two weeks Ive been running up stairs just because I can now. I have so much more energy and because of this I've lost 4kgs in two weeks!
